Chef Pierre, an army veteran, has been a vital key to The Happy Hour Chefs Catering production since the beginning. A Le Cordon Bleu trained chef with 12+ years of experience and brings to us an exquisite international cuisine background that makes us unique. Chef Patrick and Chef Pierre have known each other since 2008 in culinary school. Since then, they have been a match made in heaven executing countless culinary events together.
